High performance impeller:
Most advanced aerodynamics match with over 10 years manufacturing experience, we produced most efficient impeller. Material of titanium alloy makes our impeller resists erosion and abrasion besides high strength.
Shaft gland and vibration test :
We adopt non contacting labyrinth gland sealing system; there is no friction surface when operating. Gear box maintain slight negative pressure state through diffuser or fan, to entirely prevent oil leakage.
Fully automatic computer control system :
Automatic computer control system can test air inhaling state and air needs changing of air compressor, and it can automatically adjust compressor’s operating state according to this kind of change to ensure compressor operating at highest efficiency. Oil heater can keep oil temperature automatically when free air temperature is very low. In this way, air compressor unit can be started up in time. Centrifugal compressors were equipped with automatic safe appliance to ensure continuous, stable, safe operation of the whole mechanism.
