Oil Burner nozzle can be classified to be three types: DLLA-P, DLLA-S and A-P according to delivery chamber, all of them can entirely meet EURO I and EURO II Emission Standard, and our new products have met EURO III Emission Standard.
Performance of oil burner nozzle is extremely important for engine power, fuel consumption and waste gas emission. While parts processing tolerance smaller than 2/1000 mm is a key element to guarantee nozzle performance, which can meet the tolerance set by engine maker. It’s this unique technology and excellent processing which can ensure complete satisfactory of customers and properly operating of nozzle under 1500 Pa pressure and 200°C high temperature.
Injector assembly which links injection pump and engine is consisted of many parts of injection nozzle and injector, and it is one of most important elements to control engine performance. Its function is to inject rationed high-pressure fuel which produced by injection pump into engine combustion chamber by certain direction and position, making fuel atomized and mixing properly with air to achieve optimum combustion, and then to make engine get best dynamic characteristic, economy and low emission.
Low emission, low oil consumption and high efficiency of diesel engine is based on the mixing effect of fuel in combustion chamber and air, while, good mixing effect of fuel and air depend on feature of fuel injection nozzle, that is spray of oil beam, flowing ability and atomization.
The part between the below of hole oil burner nozzle needle base and the needle nozzle is filled with fuel after needle valve closing in the end of spraying, so fuel of that part will leak into combustion chamber, which influence badly of diesel emission and form carbon deposition. This part is called harmful volume, which mainly turns on the volume of nozzle delivery chamber.
According to the volume of delivery chamber, hole type oil burner nozzle can be classified to :
1) S type injection nozzle: diameter of needle valve is 6mm or 5mm;
2) P type injection nozzle: diameter of needle valve is 4mm;
3) Injection chamber without delivery chamber: diameter of needle valve is 4mm, have no delivery chamber. Injection nozzle without delivery chamber has less fuel remainder in the ending of spray, so there are less hydrocarbon HC in waste gas, that can reduce harmful emission to a minimum , decrease carbon deposition, and to improve diesel engine performance.
