Stainless Steel Needle Valve
Brief introduction of needle type valve: meter needle type valve is an important part in meter measurement pipeline system, it mainly has two types : stop valve and ball valve, with its function is to open or cut pipeline.
Socket meter valve has many advantages, such as easy to fix and remove, fastening connection, fire-proof, explosion resistant, high-pressure resistant, high sealed ability, etc, it’s an advanced valve for connection in electric station, oil refining, chemical plant installations and meter measurement pipeline system.
Pintle stop valve has high sealing ability and long useful life, even if the sealing face is damaged, it can be used for further after changing quick-wear part.
Flowing of medium should be in accordance with pointer on valve body when installing.
Hand-operated stop valve and ball valve can be installed on any position of piping.
Material of valve body: cast steel, stainless steel, forged steel. Highest operating pressure: 1.6-42MPA (10000PSI). Operating temperature: -60°C -900°C. Valve bore DN6-DN50. Operational principle: - Stainless Steel Needle Valve
Magnetic-lock valve adopts pull and push magnetic circles optimal design according to “no leakage of permanent-magnet rotation theory”. It changes mechanical power of traditional valve into permanent-magnet torque, through rotating specialized handwheel and making shielding inner yoke (joint with valve rod) rotate with it together, then to finish the process of valve open and close. This kind of open and close system is sealed inside valve, it avoided former dynamic seal, so valve outleakage was completely disappeared. Handwheel can be taken away after finish operating because there is no mechanical connection between operational handwheel and valve rod. Unique technical structure makes magnetic torque valve has functions of no outleakage, prevention of burglary and self lock.

1. No outleakage: adopts “no leakage of permanent-magnet rotation technology”, to seal open and close system inside valve, finish opening and closing process through rotating specialized handwheel, completely stop outleakage.
2. Prevention of burglary: Handwheel can be taken away after finish operating because there is no mechanical connection between operational handwheel and valve rod, which both can avoid false operation and prevent burglary, help to control and manage.
3. Coded lock: make use of magnetic field conductive polarity and intensity change, different designed mechanical size, to make products have coded lock function. That means certain valve only can be opened by certain handwheel, to achieve one valve with one key or multiple valves with one key.
4. Long useful life: valve is fully sealed to avoid packing and gasket, reduce abrasion of valve rod, make valve open and close flexibly, and antirust, which prolong valve useful life.
5. Environmental protection and pollution-free: improve working condition and solve the problem of pollution on scene because of no outleakage, it is a kind of real environment-friendly valve.
